About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive merchant acquisition and payment solutions (EDC, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, EMI, and Merchant Loans) across an assigned territory. You’ll lead a team of Field Sales Executives — this is a hands-on, field-first leadership role, not a desk job.

What You’ll Do
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Field Sales Executives
- Drive merchant acquisition across EDC, Soundbox, PG, EMI & Loans,
Merchant Acquestition, Merchant Relationship
- Build solid merchant relationships and reduce churn
- Own monthly targets and track team performance
- Spend most of your time in the field (75%), working closely with merchants and your team
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3+ years in field sales (Fintech/EDC/POS/FMCD/Insurance preferred)
- Prior team handling experience in Phonpe, Gpay, Bharatpe, Mobikwik, ( Pet Pooja, Swiggy, Zomato Restaurant onboarding team )is a plus
- Strong track record of hitting targets
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork and high mobility
- Good communication skills
- Graduate or Post-graduate
