Role Description The 3D Visualizer is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The role involves creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects, working closely with architects and designers to translate design concepts into realistic images and walkthroughs.
Daily tasks include preparing detailed visual presentations, setting up materials, lighting, and camera views, and refining graphics to accurately represent design intent. The 3D Visualizer will also support the team with design drawings, graphic layouts,



and visual assets for proposals and client meetings, while maintaining organized project files and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications

- Robust skills in Visualization and 3D Graphics for architectural and interior design projects.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and visual presentation, including layout and composition.
- Solid understanding of Lighting for realistic rendering and mood creation.
- Ability to produce clear Drawing and design documentation to support project development.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.G., Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to interpret architectural plans and concepts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visualization, Graphic Design, or a related field;

prior experience in an architecture or design studio is an advantage.
