- Oversee and streamline the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding ongoing management and offboarding processes.

- Execute comprehensive background verification protocols and manage exit clearance procedures to ensure organizational security and policy adherence.

- Develop analyze and present detailed HR reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making.

- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR databases ensuring timely system updates and data synchronization.

- Conduct internal and external HR audits managing all necessary documentation to guarantee full regulatory compliance.

- Collaborate closely with payroll teams to verify inputs and ensure precise compensation processing.

- Administer and optimize the Workday platform to drive operational efficiency.
