Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the design and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business units to ensure security objectives are met.- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.- Robust knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to architecture and framework design.- Experience in documenting and implementing security controls within cloud environments.- Ability to manage and coordinate security operations transitioning to cloud-managed services.- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud security contexts.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to address complex security challenges across multiple teams.-Should have knowledge in SAP GRC and SAP BTP Security implementation
