Role Description The Social Media Manager (Content Creator) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including creating and publishing engaging content such as posts, graphics, short videos, and stories. The Social Media Manager will manage daily social media calendars, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.



Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns, responding to audience interactions, and maintaining brand consistency. The role also requires staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve content and results. Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging. Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, schedule, and optimize content calendars based on audience insights and performance data. Relevant experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or startups is preferred. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting is beneficial. Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, and paid social) is an advantage. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is demonstrated.
