Role Description:

- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain daily books, journals, ledgers, and financial records.
- Invoicing: Issue sales/purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and platform account reconciliations.
- Tax & Compliance: Assist with timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.




- AR/AP Management: Track receivables/payables and follow up on pending settlements.
- Audits & Documentation: Assist in preparing audit data and organize supporting vouchers/records.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, ops, and marketing for accurate financial data.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/BAF).
- Experience: 0–3 years in accounting (freshers welcome with strong fundamentals).
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Software: Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Compliance: Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
