Day-to-day tasks include welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and supporting reception desk operations. The role involves handling appointment scheduling, confirming and rescheduling visits, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Patient Coordinator will answer phone and in-person inquiries, provide clear information about services and procedures, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.



The role also includes verifying basic details, managing follow-ups, and maintaining a professional, compassionate approach in all patient interactions.QualificationsCandidates should possess robust Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.Candidates should possess experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties in a clinic or similar customer-facing environment.Candidates should possess familiarity with Medical Terminology to support accurate communication and coordination with clinical teams.Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling patient records and follow-ups.Prior experience in a healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality setting is beneficial.Proficiency with basic computer applications and clinic management software is an advantage.Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
