Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives, brochures, presentations, banners, certificates, and other marketing collateral.
- Create engaging creatives for social media, websites, emailers, WhatsApp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and print media.
- Design graphics for videos, including thumbnails, title cards, and promotional assets.
- Ensure strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, text placement, product placement, colour balance, and brand consistency across all creatives.
- Conceptualize and execute creative from idea to final artwork.
- Create logos, illustrations, infographics, and other branding assets as required.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, typography, and visual communication best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, video,



and web teams to deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.
- Review, refine, and optimize designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand standards.

- Ability to design creatives optimized for marketing performance and user engagement.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing standards.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Solid communication, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving skills.
