As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for someone who has hands-on experience managing campaigns for clients in Europe and North America.This isn't a role where you'll simply launch campaigns and send reports. We want someone who enjoys testing ideas, analysing performance, challenging assumptions, and driving measurable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch and optimise Meta advertising campaignsManage and scale campaigns across multiple client accountsDevelop testing strategies for creatives,



audiences and offersAnalyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunitiesPrepare client reports with actionable insightsWork closely with our design and strategy teamsContribute to campaign strategy for both Indian and international clientsWhat We Are Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta AdsProven experience running campaigns in Europe and/or North AmericaExperience managing eCommerce and/or Lead Generation campaignsStrong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, GA4 and conversion trackingAbility to interpret data and make strategic decisionsGoogle Ads experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBased in Delhi or willing to relocate (this is not a remote role)Bonus Points If You HaveShopify experienceExperience with GTM and server-side trackingFamiliarity with Klaviyo or email marketingMeta Blueprint certificationsOur Selection ProcessInstead of asking you to complete hours of unpaid work, we'll ask shortlisted candidates to complete a short strategy assignment that reflects real-world campaign thinking.We're interested in how you think, not just what you've memorised.
