We are seeking an experienced Principal with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a School Principal, preferably with experience in a residential school environment.

The ideal candidate should be an effective leader with strong communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to work closely with teachers, staff, students, parents, and management.

The candidate should be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi and should have a spiritual mindset with a solid commitment to values, discipline, character building, and student development.

We are also looking for someone who is open-minded and willing to adopt modern technology and AI-based tools to improve academic administration, communication, reporting, and overall school operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership and direction for the school.
- Manage academic, administrative, and residential school operations.
- Supervise and guide teaching, non-teaching, hostel, and support staff.
- Monitor academic performance and ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, student safety, and overall well-being.
- Guide teachers and staff towards continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop a positive and productive relationship with students, parents, teachers, and management.
- Monitor student academic progress, discipline, attendance, and overall development.
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers, coordinators, wardens, and administrative teams.
- Address student, parent, and staff concerns professionally and effectively.
- Ensure proper implementation of school policies, procedures, and institutional standards.




- Oversee residential school activities and coordinate with hostel management.
- Prepare and review academic and administrative reports for management.
- Encourage innovative teaching methods and technology-enabled learning.
- Explore and implement AI tools and modern technology to improve school administration, reporting, planning, communication, and productivity.
- Stay updated with current developments in education, technology, and AI.
- Promote values, discipline, character development, and a positive spiritual environment among students.
- Represent the institution professionally during meetings, events, parent interactions, and external engagements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a School Principal.
- Experience in a residential school will be preferred.
- Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of school administration and academic management.
- Spiritual-minded and committed to values, discipline, and character development.
- Open-minded and willing to learn and adopt AI and modern technology in education and administration.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to manage students, teachers, staff, and residential operations effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing a CBSE or residential school.
- Strong understanding of academic planning and school administration.
- Ability to lead and motivate teaching and non-teaching teams.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms, school ERP systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to experiment with new technology and AI-based productivity tools.
- Strong parent relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to create a disciplined, positive, and value-based learning environment.
