Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst with 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for US-based organizations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of functional HCM expertise and technical knowledge, along with significant experience in US Payroll and Oracle HCM data interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
- Participate in the implementation of recent Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM instances.
- Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules.
- Configure and support common HCM modules, including:
- Core HR / HCM
- Time & Labor
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Support US Payroll requirements and related HCM processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional and technical HCM issues.
- Work with technical teams to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support HCM data imports and data conversion activities.
- Work with interface, error, processing, and validation tables required for HCM data processing.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders throughout implementation and support activities.
- Participate in testing, validation, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to project team members.
- Support documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Manage multiple deliverables and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM.
- Hands-on experience implementing new Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM instances.
- Experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM for a US-based company.
- 3+ years of experience with US Payroll.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Core HR / HCM
- Time & Labor
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Strong technical understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
