Job Overview:

Responsible for managing showroom inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, handling inward/outward stock, physical verification, reconciliation, and ensuring proper organization of sarees and other products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily stock inward/outward and verify stock against invoices/POs.

Check quantity, quality, designs, colors, sizes, and product codes.

Maintain inventory records in registers/software and prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.

Organize stockroom and ensure proper tagging, labeling & barcode management.

Conduct physical stock counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor fast-, slow-, and non-moving stock.

Coordinate with sales, purchase teams, and suppliers on stock-related issues.

Track damaged, defective, exchanged, and returned products.





Maintain proper inventory documentation and ensure stockroom cleanliness and security.

Requirements:

0–5 years’ experience in stock/inventory management, retail, or showroom operations.

12th pass; saree/textile/garment/fashion showroom experience preferred.

Basic MS Excel and inventory software knowledge.

Knowledge of stock reconciliation, auditing, barcode/scanner systems preferred.

Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of saree/textile categories is an advantage.

Language: Hindi

Age: 18–34 years

Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month, based on experience and skills.
