Job Summary : The HR Generalist will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team, handling end-to-end HR functions across IT. This role ensures effective delivery of HR services, compliance with labour laws, and alignment of HR strategies with Organizational goals.
Key Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
· Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
· Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and skill gaps.
· Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
· Facilitate structured onboarding and orientation for new hires, including compliance checks and documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance
· Process and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
· Manage HR operations such as attendance, leave, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
· Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws, IT industry regulations, data protection requirements, and company policies..
· Support periodic HR audits and documentation compliance.
Employee Relations & Engagement
· Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
· Support performance management cycles, including appraisals and corrective actions.
· Execute employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and communication drives.
HR Policy & Process Development
· Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Identify process improvement areas and recommend solutions.
· Support training logistics and HR information dissemination across departments.
Qualification:
· MBA / MSW in Human Resources or Administration from recognized institution.
Experience:
1. Overall:
3 years of experience in an IT industry environment is highly desirable..
2. Relevant: Minimum 1years or candidates with 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or technology company.
3. Age: 23-25 Years.
4. Coordination: Works closely with department heads, finance and payroll teams, IT/project teams, and external partners such as recruitment agencies and statutory/compliance consultants.

Technical Skills:
1. HR Software & Digital Tools: Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, Payroll systems, ATS.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing job postings, interviews, selection, and hiring processes.
3. Performance Management: Using performance evaluation tools and systems.
4. Employee Records & Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, attendance, leave and compliance files.
5. Regulations: Basic Knowledge of compliance standards and policies.
6. Payroll & Benefits Management: Overseeing salary, benefits, insurance and retirement processing.
7. Training & Development Coordination: Planning and tracking staff training and professional growth.
8. Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpreting HR metrics for staffing, retention, and performance decisions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
