Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Senior HR Recruiter to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. This role involves leading and managing the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the organization. Responsibilities include creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through online platforms, managing interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Senior HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a talent pipeline and contributing to employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong interviewing, negotiation,



and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment for interior design, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus
