About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build solid relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.




- Basic knowledge of HR processes (preferred for experienced candidates).
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based sourcing.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
