Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and digital records.

The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining company data while ensuring confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Prepare and update Excel/Google Sheets reports.
- Collect information from different sources and maintain accurate records.
- Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
- Follow company procedures for data management and documentation.

Requirements





- 0–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Freshers with positive computer and typing skills can also apply.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
