What You’ll Do:

- Conduct product & process feasibility studies for recent parts.
- Execute trials, document results, and ensure Right First Time (RFT).
- Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.
- Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.
- Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures, and maintain master samples.
- Ensure documentation compliance (APQP, PPAP, ERP entries, Control Plans).
- Drive quality improvements, cost optimization, and schedule adherence.
- Maintain safety and 5S standards in all NPD activities.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Production, Polymer.
- Minimum 3 years of NPD experience in Rubber & Engineering Plastics.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and IATF 16949.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
