Job Summary

Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Factory / Plant HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant HR, employee relations, labour law compliance, attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, and statutory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory/plant.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, shift and manpower-related activities.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Manage recruitment, selection, joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and statutory registers.
- Support labour law and statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist in inspections, audits and compliance documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.




- Coordinate with plant management and other departments for manpower and HR-related requirements.
- Maintain proper HR reports, MIS and documentation.
- Support Industrial Relations (IR) and workforce management activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing/factory/plant environment.
- Practical knowledge of Plant HR and Corporate HR activities.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in attendance, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR systems/software will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 7 days will be preferred.
