Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily wastage records outlet-wise and department-wise.
- Enter and update all wastage data accurately in Excel/ERP/software.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly wastage reports and highlight abnormal wastage.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and outlet teams for wastage verification.
- Maintain records of production wastage, damaged items, expired items, and returns.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch challans for all outgoing material.
- Verify item name, quantity, weight, rate, destination, and other details before preparing challans.
- Maintain proper dispatch challan records and supporting documents.
- Reconcile dispatch quantities with stock/inventory records.
- Track pending, cancelled, and corrected challans and maintain proper documentation.




- Generate daily MIS reports related to wastage and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry with proper filing and record management.
- Coordinate with Unit Managers, Store, Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for data verification.
- Identify data discrepancies and report them to the concerned department/management.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all company records.
- Perform other data entry and MIS-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
