Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer with around 4 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, villa, and High-raised building construction projects.
The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, measurement, contractor billing, quantity verification, cost monitoring, and preparation of project-related commercial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project requirements.
- Take measurements and prepare contractor/subcontractor bills.
