Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced R&D; Head to lead the Research & Development team for consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, oversee recent product development, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the R&D; team in the design and development of new consumer electronic products.
- Develop product roadmaps and drive innovation initiatives.
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Improve product performance, reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Lead engineering design reviews, testing, validation, and product certification activities.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.




- Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 12–18 years of experience in R&D;/Product Development within the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing R&D; teams.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
