Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Junior Dentist (0–1 years of experience) to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to refine their clinical skills, manage routine patient cases, and grow within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

General Dental Care: Perform primary consultations, clinical examinations, scaling and polishing, restorative fillings, and routine extractions.

Patient Communication: Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and oral hygiene instruction to build patient trust and comfort.

Clinic Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols across all operatories.

Clinical Records: Ensure precise, timely documentation of patient histories,



digital X-rays, and treatment notes.

Team Collaboration: Assist senior dental staff with specialized procedures when needed and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree.

Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with a strong internship background are encouraged to apply).

Licensure: Valid registration with the Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC) or equivalent state dental council.

Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of general dentistry, excellent communication skills, and an empathetic approach to patient care.
