We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity with 6 days working. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or the Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain robust relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication (mandatory), good Hindi communication, Punjabi speaking (preferred), strong convincing and negotiation skills, customer handling, lead generation, follow-up, CRM basics, and a target-driven attitude.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (attractive hike based on experience and interview performance).
