Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable electronics and home appliance products based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell products, accessories, and extended warranties.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-organized.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Keep updated with new product launches, features, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and home appliances.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong selling skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
