We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Executive to generate and manage property opportunities through Channel Partners, brokers, property consultants, local agents, and direct landowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with new Channel Partners and property brokers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Regularly call and follow up with CPs for new property/land opportunities.
- Understand company requirements and source suitable properties accordingly.
- Collect preliminary property details such as location, area, Gat/Survey No., ownership, pricing, access, and documentation.
- Qualify and shortlist potential properties before sharing them with management.
- Coordinate site visits, owner meetings, negotiations, and document collection.
- Maintain an updated Channel Partner and Property Sourcing database/CRM.
- Submit daily/weekly sourcing reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
