Architecture Collective Co. is aluxury residential architecture & interior design studio specializing in bespoke homes, premium residences, and high-end interiors.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer / Architect to join our design team and handle projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards & material palettes
- Create 3D models and photorealistic renders
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD working drawings, elevations, sections & joinery drawings
- Prepare BOQs, material schedules & specifications
- Create client presentations and design presentations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants & contractors
- Conduct site visits and supervise design execution
- Review materials, shop drawings, detailing and workmanship
- Manage projects from design development through execution

Required Skills

AutoCAD | SketchUp | Photoshop | Excel | PowerPoint





Knowledge of D5 Render / Enscape / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona preferred.

Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in Architecture / Interior Design
- Solid experience in residential interiors / luxury residential projects
- Excellent design, visualization & presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials & construction
- Good client, vendor & site coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Interior Architecture
