About the Role

Vaidyanath Fire Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Graduate Engineering Trainees (GETs) who are interested in building their careers in the Fire & Safety / MEP industry.

Selected candidates may be placed in Site/Projects, Purchase, or Estimation based on their qualification, skills, performance, and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site / Projects

- Assist Project/Site Engineers in day-to-day project activities.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning work.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist in measurements, project documentation, and progress reports.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.

2. Purchase

- Assist the Purchase team in sourcing materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain purchase-related documents and records.
- Compare quotations and assist in preparing purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with project and stores teams for material requirements.

3. Estimation

- Assist in preparing project estimates and quotations.
- Study drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
- Support quantity take-off and material calculations.




- Assist in preparing cost estimates and commercial comparisons.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Projects teams for material rates and requirements.
- Maintain estimation-related records and documentation.

Eligibility

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work across different functions.
- Candidates interested in the Fire Fighting / MEP industry are preferred.
