We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial winches, davits, lifting equipment, and engineering solutions catering to domestic and international markets. We are looking for a smart and proactive Tender & GeM Executive to manage government tenders, GeM listings, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Government & Private Tenders
Managing GeM Portal operations and product listings
Uploading products, catalogs, specifications, and pricing on GeM
Preparing tender documents and technical/commercial submissions
Coordination with internal departments for tender compliance
Tracking tender opportunities from GeM, CPP Portal, and other sources
Vendor registrations and documentation work
Maintaining tender MIS and follow-up activities
Basic communication with customers and government departments
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GeM Portal and E-Tendering
Valuable computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email Handling)
Basic understanding of technical/industrial products preferred
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Educational Qualification:
graduate / diploma
Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
