Job Description

A reputed Cardiac Care Hospital in Vadodara is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Junior HR Executive to join its HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build their career in Human Resources within a qualified healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Assist with employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave and employee-related records.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding staffing and HR requirements.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR team member.




- Assist with maintaining compliance-related HR documentation.
- Support the HR Manager in other day-to-day HR activities as required.

Eligibility & Skills

- Any Graduate from a recognised institution.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare HR, recruitment or administration will be an advantage.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, communication skills and HR knowledge.
