Job Purpose:
Support execution of debt capital market mandates by working with banks, insurers, mutual funds, FIIs and institutional investors. Facilitate underwriting, syndication, risk approvals and market execution for bond, loan and structured finance transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
Build client relationships and originate debt capital market business.
Execute bond, loan, acquisition and structured financing transactions.
Coordinate with underwriting, credit and market risk teams.
Manage underwriting exposure and sell-down processes.
Work with institutional investors and syndicate teams.
Liaise with SEBI and stock exchanges
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate.
Key Skills:
Debt Capital Markets, Financial Markets Knowledge, Relationship Management, Deal Execution, Syndication and Team Collaboration.
Experience Required:
2–4 years, preferably in banking or capital markets.
Major Stakeholders:
Investment Banking Teams and Cross-functional Business Units.
