We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to supervise security guards and ensure the safety and security of the showroom, staff, customers, inventory, equipment, and premises. The candidate will be responsible for managing security operations, monitoring CCTV, maintaining discipline, and handling security-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage security guards across different shifts.
- Prepare and manage security guard duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Ensure proper entry and exit procedures for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and regularly check security systems.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the premises.
- Maintain visitor, vehicle, incident, and security registers.
- Monitor loading and unloading areas and ensure proper movement of goods.
- Coordinate with the store and management team regarding security concerns.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, theft, disputes, and unauthorized access professionally.
- Ensure security guards follow company rules, procedures, and discipline.
- Conduct regular briefing and training sessions for security staff.
- Check attendance, punctuality, uniform, grooming, and performance of security guards.
- Report suspicious activities, damages, theft, or safety concerns immediately to management.
- Coordinate with police, fire department,



or emergency services when required.
- Ensure fire exits, emergency exits, and restricted areas remain properly secured.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor is preferred.
- Experience in retail, supermarket, showroom, warehouse, mall, or commercial premises will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency handling.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling security responsibilities.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Ex-servicemen candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
