We are looking for a creative and highly organized Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, primarily wedding events. The ideal candidate will manage events from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute corporate and social events from start to finish
- Develop event concepts, themes, and budgets
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and manage event budgets effectively
- Oversee logistics including venue selection, catering, décor, AV setup, and transportation
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and on-site operations
- Lead and supervise event staff and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
- Handle client communication and provide regular progress updates
- Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field




- 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
