Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new corporate clients and generate recruitment business.
- Identify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, networking, and market research.
- Develop relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition and business decision-makers.
- Understand hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close business opportunities.




- Coordinate with the recruitment team for effective service delivery.
- Manage client relationships, follow-ups, sales pipeline and revenue targets.
- Drive business for Permanent Hiring, Bulk Hiring, Contract Staffing, Campus Hiring and Recruitment Consulting.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Staffing Business Development.
- Strong B2B sales, communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing recruitment mandates.
- Good understanding of recruitment industry and hiring processes.
- Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a growing startup environment.
