- Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare items before buffing, ensuring they are free from dirt, debris, or oils.
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and tend buffing/polishing machines, wheels, and belts to remove burrs and surface flaws.
- Compound Application: Select and apply appropriate polishing and buffing compounds.
- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished parts using micrometers or gauges to ensure they meet exact specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on buffing machines and replace worn-out equipment parts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including wearing eye protection and masks to avoid inhaling residue
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
