We're Soni and Soni Advocates & Attorneys, a boutique IP law firm in Satellite, Ahmedabad.
We're looking for a CRM Executive who is confident on calls, organised with data, and genuinely enjoys building client relationships — not just maintaining a spreadsheet.
What you'll do:
- Follow up with clients — renewals, pending documents, service updates
- Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
- Coordinate with the legal team on client requests and task assignment
- Send client communications — updates, documents, notices
- Generate weekly reports for management
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years in CRM, client servicing, or sales coordination
- Confident communicator — English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Legal background is a big plus
