We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Executive to join our team. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a travel agency and good knowledge of travel bookings and customer handling.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable travel packages.
- Plan and arrange domestic and international trips.
- Make flight, hotel, and transportation bookings.
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers.
- Handle customer requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Follow up with customers and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency.
- Good knowledge of flight and hotel bookings.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
