Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will closely work with the team from one of our esteemed client from UK, they are into global travel and event management arena with extraordinary service and proprietary, client-led technology. they are building a global Learning Ecosystem to support consistent training, onboarding, development and compliance across our international business.

We are looking for a hands-on E-Learning Developer / Course Builder who can take approved course concepts, storyboards, scripts, copy, video, images, documents and assessment requirements from the UK L&D; team and build them into polished, branded, interactive courses for use in LearnWorlds.

This is a course production and digital build role. The UK L&D; team will retain ownership of learning strategy, course design, course content, copy, enrolments, governance and final sign-off. The role is responsible for making the course real: building the digital learner experience, creating modules and lessons, adding interactive elements, applying UP brand consistency, testing functionality and preparing each course for review and launch.

Key responsibilities:

Course build and production

- Build digital learning courses using approved storyboards, scripts, copy, assets and assessment requirements.
- Create course structures, modules, lessons, sections, quizzes, knowledge checks, learning activities and completion rules.
- Upload and format course assets including video, images, PDFs, documents, presentations, downloads and links.
- Build interactive learner experiences using LMS-native tools and, where required, SCORM or HTML5 packages.




- Convert course ideas and storyboards into clean, engaging and functional online learning journeys.
- Ensure each course is easy to navigate, visually consistent, learner-friendly and ready for review.

SCORM, HTML5 and authoring tool build

- Build, publish or support e-learning packages using SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and/or HTML5 where required.
- Work with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, iSpring, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat, H5P or similar.
- Use AI/video production tools such as Synthesia where appropriate to support course video creation, avatar-led explainers or scripted learning content.
- Test SCORM/HTML5 packages to ensure they load correctly, report progress accurately and track completion or assessment results properly.
- Troubleshoot basic SCORM, quiz, completion and learner progress issues before courses are passed to L&D; for review.

LearnWorlds site and learner experience

- Build and maintain courses for launch in LearnWorlds once course direction and content have been approved by the UK L&D; team.
- Support the front-end learner experience, including course landing pages, catalogue assets, thumbnails and course templates.
- Apply UP branding, tone, visual style, image treatment and layout standards consistently.
- Ensure courses are responsive and usable across desktop and mobile where possible.
- Maintain a clean, professional and consistent learner journey across all courses.

Testing, QA and launch readiness

- Test all courses before review, including navigation, links, videos, downloads, quizzes, completion rules, certificates and learner progress tracking.
- Identify and fix formatting, layout, technical or learner experience issues.
- Prepare courses for UK L&D; review and implement feedback accurately.
- Ensure courses are ready for publication once approved by the UK L&D; team.
- Maintain course version control, naming conventions, review notes and update logs where required.

Course updates and maintenance

- Update existing courses when the UK L&D; team provides revised copy, policies, assets or learning requirements.
- Ensure outdated content is removed or replaced when instructed.
- Maintain consistency across related course pathways, especially onboarding, Associate training, manager training,



compliance and operational learning.

Essential experience:

- Building digital learning or e-learning courses.
- Working with an LMS, learning platform or online course platform.
- Building interactive learning content from storyboards, scripts and approved content.
- Using SCORM and/or HTML5 learning packages.
- Working with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, iSpring, Captivate, Elucidat, H5P or similar.
- Creating quizzes, knowledge checks, assessments and completion rules.
- Uploading, formatting and managing video, PDF, images, documents and presentations.
- Testing learner journeys before launch.
- Applying brand guidelines and producing visually consistent learner-facing content.

Desirable experience:

- Experience with LearnWorlds or similar platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, Litmos, LearnUpon, Thinkific, Kajabi or Teachable.
- Experience building training academies, onboarding programmes or compliance courses.
- Strong Articulate Storyline or Rise experience.
- Synthesia experience or similar AI/video learning production experience.
- Interactive video experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience with global businesses or multi-country learning programmes.
- Basic design experience using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Experience working with fitness, education, healthcare, compliance, HR or operational training content.
