Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee landscaping and landscape maintenance operations across assigned sites. The role involves supervising teams, maintaining service quality, coordinating with clients, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assign tasks to landscaping teams and monitor daily progress.
- Supervise gardening, planting, pruning, irrigation, and grounds maintenance activities.
- Ensure work meets quality standards, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and address quality or maintenance issues.
- Communicate with clients and respond promptly to their observations and requests.
- Prepare daily reports covering completed work and outstanding issues.
- Report safety, equipment, and operational issues immediately.
- Assess material, plant, equipment, and consumable requirements and submit purchase requests.
- Conduct team performance evaluations and monitor attendance and productivity.
- Inspect landscaping equipment and machinery to ensure they are safe, functional, and properly maintained.
- Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, site cleanliness, and overall landscape condition.
- Prepare monthly reports on the condition and performance of assigned sites.
- Recommend improvements to service quality and operational efficiency.




- Monitor client contracts, service schedules, scope of work, and contractual commitments.

Key Performance Expectations

- Maintain high-quality landscaping and maintenance standards.
- Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and supervisors' instructions.
- Maintain accurate site and operational records.
- Report problems promptly and take corrective action.
- Protect company tools, equipment, plants, and client property.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and site teams.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Landscape Supervisor, Landscape Foreman, or similar role.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance.
- Strong team supervision and site management skills.
- Knowledge of planting, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and garden maintenance.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.
