We are looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our IT & Media Team. The role is ideal for someone who is creative, has a good eye for visuals, understands storytelling, and enjoys working on social media and campaign-related video content.

The video editor will be involved in creating a variety of digital video content, including:

- Short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, stories and campaign videos
- Video content for political and public-awareness campaigns
- Creative video content for our official social media pages
- Videos for events, campaigns and various initiatives
- Editing interviews, speeches, promotional videos and informational content
- Developing new and creative video concepts based on campaign requirements
- Adding appropriate transitions, text, subtitles, graphics, music and sound effects
- Maintaining consistency in branding, colours, fonts, graphics and overall visual identity across videos

Skills & Requirements

- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of video editing principles, pacing, storytelling, transitions, typography and visual composition
- Solid Punjabi language skills — the candidate should be able to properly read, write and understand Punjabi (Gurmukhi), as the role involves creating and working with Punjabi-language video content and subtitles




- Creativity and ability to come up with fresh and engaging video ideas
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube and other social media video formats
- Ability to edit videos in different aspect ratios and formats such as 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1
- Good understanding of music selection, sound design and basic audio editing
- Ability to create engaging videos suitable for social media audiences
- Previous experience (Not Necessary) editing videos for political campaigns, organisations, social media pages or public-awareness initiatives will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of social media/page management is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also taking feedback and collaborating with the IT & Media Team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
