Job Description: As a Human Resources Placement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the HR team with various aspects of recruitment, placement, and onboarding processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support the HR department in sourcing and placing qualified candidates in suitable positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers, employees, and external recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth and productive placement process.

Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end placement process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements




Conduct background checks and ensure timely candidate communication
Support onboarding and act as a point of contact for new hires
Maintain candidate data and prepare recruitment reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential data

Pay: ₹10,622.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month
