Key Responsibilities

- Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors,



and external partners.
- Handle client calls and schedule consultations

Requirements

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Immediate Joiner
- 1–5 years of experience in customer / client support
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, Hindi
