Job Summary
Jain Hospital is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle billing, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash records.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and account closing.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with hospital departments regarding billing and payments.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Assist in GST, TDS,
and other statutory compliance-related work as required.
Requirements
- B.Com completed from a recognized university/college.
- Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
