We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding services, orders, or enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide information about company products and services.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned customer service and follow-up targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers can apply; experience in customer service will be an advantage.
