We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, supporting marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and promotional materials. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in graphic design and looking to develop their creative skills in a professional setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in designing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Create visual content such as banners, posters, brochures, and presentations.
- Support the marketing team in developing creative concepts and layouts.
- Edit images, illustrations, and graphics using design software.
- Ensure designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Work with senior designers to refine concepts and improve designs.
- Prepare final artwork for digital publishing or print production.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends and creative tools.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and follow brand guidelines.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles (optional but beneficial).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle feedback and revise designs accordingly.
