Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Design Engineer to support the design and development of industrial machinery and components. The candidate should have practical knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks and a basic understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings
- Develop and modify machine components and assemblies
- Create detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings
- Prepare and update BOMs as required
- Modify existing designs based on production requirements
- Coordinate with production and other departments for design execution
- Maintain design drawings and revision records
- Support design improvement and product development activities

Qualifications

- Diploma/Polytechnic or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in mechanical design

Required Skills

- AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- 2D and 3D Mechanical Design
- Engineering Drawing
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components
- BOM Preparation




- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes
- MS Office

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial machinery industry
- Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication drawings
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with production teams
