Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Palarivattom, Kochi. This is a unique entry-level opportunity for an individual eager to apply their knowledge across the full spectrum of data. You will be responsible for foundational tasks in AI/ML, Data Science, and Business Analytics.

A key component of this role will also involve coordinating and assisting with our internship and training programs, helping to mentor the next wave of talent. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain broad, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- AI/ML Development: Assist in designing, developing, training, and deploying basic machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Data Science: Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on various datasets.
- Business Analytics: Analyse data to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and support business decision-making. Create basic reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Training & Mentorship: Help coordinate the company's internship program. Assist in training, mentoring, and managing tasks for interns and new trainees.
- Research & Innovation:



Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
- Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in teaching and mentorship.
- A high degree of self-motivation and an eagerness to learn and grow.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

- Previous project or internship experience in AI/ML or Data Science.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
