Role Overview

We’re looking for a multi-skilled creative who can design + edit and understands what works on social media today. This role is perfect for someone who can take an idea and turn it into high-performing visuals and reels.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design (Static Content)

- Design Instagram posts, carousels, and stories
- Create visually strong creatives aligned with brand identity
- Work on campaign creatives, offers, and promotions
- Maintain consistency across multiple client brands

2. Video Editing (Core Role)

- Edit reels, short-form videos, and ads
- Add transitions, subtitles, effects, and sound design
- Ensure strong hooks, pacing, and retention-focused editing
- Optimize content for Instagram & performance

3. Content Collaboration

- Work closely with the social media manager for content planning
- Understand briefs and convert them into engaging creatives
- Assist in ideation for reels and content formats

4. On-Site Shoot Support (Bonus but Preferred)





- Assist during shoots (angles, frames, content ideas)
- Capture basic content if required
- Ensure content is aligned with editing vision

5. Fast Turnaround & Revisions

- Deliver creatives within deadlines
- Handle feedback and revisions quickly
- Maintain quality across high-volume work

Skills Required

- Robust command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / VN
- Understanding of Instagram trends & reel formats
- Good sense of design, typography, and storytelling
- Ability to work fast in an agency environment

Bonus Skills

- Motion graphics & animation
- Experience with food/lifestyle brands
- Basic shooting skills (iPhone/DSLR)
