Job Summary :

A highly skilled and creative Interior Designer with over four to five years of professional experience responsible for leading end-to-end design projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The role involves conceptualizing innovative design solutions, managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring design excellence in every phase. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a refined aesthetic sense aligned with contemporary design trends and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review material specifications, mood boards, and BOQs.
- Supervise site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and design assistants.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.




- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in interior design or related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of design detailing, materials, lighting, and color theory.
- Proven experience in managing projects and leading design teams.
