Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support and manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations, including inventory control, material inward/outward, stock accuracy, documentation, and team coordination. The candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Supervise material receiving, checking, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
- Ensure proper stock management and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue Notes, Stock Transfer Notes, and Dispatch Documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and inventory records.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure safe handling of materials.
- Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space.




- Assist in supervising warehouse/store staff and allocating daily tasks.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, and operational issues to the Store Manager/Management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Good understanding of stock reconciliation and physical verification.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally or other inventory management software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities efficiently.
- Valuable knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification

Graduation / Diploma in any relevant field.

Additional certification in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electrical equipment, HVAC, appliances, engineering products, or similar industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
