About us: Naadi was founded in early 2020 with a goal to digitalize and streamline the highly unorganised Home Interiors Industry. Since its inception in 2021 we have onboarded over 150 factories pan India on to our platform.

We have launched Naadi Manufacturing process digitalization tools for home interiors manufacturing facilities. This is aimed to solve the problem of transparency, control and dependency on highly skilled workforce and to improve efficiency in the home interior manufacturing units.

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Software Implementation Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for deploying, configuring, and integrating our software solutions in client factories. You will work closely with customers, factory team, and development teams to ensure a smooth implementation process, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support.

About the Role

Software Deployment & Configuration: Install, configure, and integrate software solutions based on client requirements.

Client Engagement: Work with clients team to understand their needs, provide technical consultation, and ensure successful implementation.

Customization & Integration: Configure software settings and integrate with third-party systems.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, diagnose issues, and work with the development team to resolve software bugs.





Training & Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation, and assist with post-implementation support.

Project Collaboration: Work alongside factory team, developers, and factory owners to ensure smooth project execution.

Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to implementation workflows and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills: Experience with software installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SaaS software implementation.Previous experience in customer-facing roles.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience in software implementation, IT support, or a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment & Benefits:Office / Onsite work at manufacturing facility anywhere in India, Frequent Travel. Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
